Sancha Worthington is a 2024 Millennium fellow and serves as chief of staff at Unitas Communications, a strategic communications and reputation management firm, and the Concordia Forum, a transatlantic network of Muslim leaders. At the Concordia Forum, she has worked on projects for or in partnership with the United Nations, the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, the US State Department, the White House, Open Society Foundation, Nobel Peace Centre, and Meta.Worthington is an experienced production manager in the broadcast media industry in both the United Kingdom and Australia. She has worked with the Australian Broadcast Company, Disney, FIFA, the Union of European Football Associations, ITV, Channel 4. Prior to this, she worked at General Atlantic, a growth equity firm; the Welsh Labour Party, where she worked in the press office campaigning for the smacking ban; the UK Parliament in the office of Rob Wilson; and the advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi. Worthington has a master’s degree in international relations and a bachelor’s degree in politics.
