Devon Long is a 2024 Millennium fellow and co-head of investment implementation at Bridgewater Associates. Overseeing nearly one hundred investment professionals, Long is responsible for the firm’s trade execution, portfolio management, data, and investment operations. He is also a lead investor partnering with Bridgewater’s technology and engineering functions to design the company’s investing platforms to systematically manage money at scale. Long has co-authored multiple research articles alongside Chief Investment Officers Karen Karniol-Tambour and Greg Jensen in the firm’s premiere daily research publication, Bridgewater Daily Observations. Prior to his current role, Long led Bridgewater’s trading analytics team. He is a graduate of Harvard University where he majored in computer science.
