Jorge Rodriguez Vives is a 2024 Millennium fellow and is the minister of information for the government of Costa Rica. He is an expert in small and medium-sized enterprises, entrepreneurship, arts, negotiation, responsible business conduct, local integration of refugees, and politics. Rodriguez Vives also has experience in international cooperation and communication. He is particularly passionate about the role of youth in building the present and the future.
